Tracking down the restaurant is a bit tricky. It is best known as being in the Niseko Loft Club. If you are staying in Hirafu as we were then expect a 10-15 min ride and to pay about 3,000 yen for a "jumbo" taxi (we were a party of 7) or 2,000 yen for a normal taxi. You need to pre-order the lamb and beef in order to guarantee you get what you want on the day. We had pre-ordered one portion of meat for each person but we ended up topping up with 3 more portions and we were lucky they were able to oblige. the beef is excellent but the lamb is truly exceptional. Be prepared to do some bbq so expect your clothes to smell of charcoal - its all part of the fun and the kids loved it.
